The apartment is brand new and very clean. the reception lady, Agnieszka, is friendly and helpful. the kitchen is well-equipped. Transportation to the city center is convenient. the apartment also has a balcony, which is a nice addition.

The staff were also very attentive and friendly, especially the red-haired girl at the reception. Additionally, I appreciated the location of the hotel, right in the center of the city but in a very quiet area.

I stayed at Arche Residence for 2 days during my trip to Lodz. The apartment was brand new and spotlessly clean, with a well-equipped kitchen and a cozy balcony. The friendly and helpful staff, especially Agnieszka at the reception, made my stay even more enjoyable. I also appreciated the convenient transport connection to the city center and the locked private parking. The big garden was perfect for walking my dog. a comfortable and modern accommodation option with great amenities.

Located in a peaceful area close to the bustling city, this hotel is perfect for friends who enjoy a night out. the location offers secure parking, and the receptionist was kind and helpful. the apartment was comfortable, clean, and modern. Breakfast was excellent, and Wi-Fi connectivity was reliable.

The elevator being out of service was an inconvenience, but the friendly staff did their best to make up for it.

The location of the hotel was very convenient with easy access to the city center by tram. The breakfast that was included in the room rate was very handy as there were few places to eat nearby. the apartments themselves were nice and spacious, offering a comfortable stay.

One of the negative aspects of the apartments was the lack of proper cleaning, as there was dust and dirt in the rooms and the curtains and floors appeared to be quite dirty. Another point to consider is that the thin doors did not offer much privacy, especially when the neighboring guests were being guided to their apartment in the middle of the night and talking loud.

The tram connection to the city center was jaw-droppingly quick, only 10 minutes. The rooms were spotlessly clean, and having our own kitchen and bathroom with amazing hot water was a pleasant surprise. The helpful staff assisted us with parking our VW multivan, and the secure parking allowed us to relax. The property itself was brand new, with a big garden where we could walk our dog. The elevator made it easy to access our cozy, modern, and comfortable room with a flat-screen TV. The lovely reception girls were kind and the pizzeria restaurant nearby was a bonus.
